Hope you like it as well.

1 packet chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch pwd
1 tsp Cinnamon pwd
1/2 tsp Cardamom pwd
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
fresh chopped coriander leaves

Method:

* marinade chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt for 40 mins
* In a pan, fry the onions till onion changes color
* Add Kashmiri Mirch & fry till oil starts coming out
* Add chicken, cover and fry for ten mins, turning the chicken once in a while.
* After 10 mins, add cardamom pwd and cinamon pwd and stir it well. cover & cook for 5 mins
* Take the pan off the burner and add the beaten curd, mix the curd well and shift the pan back on the burner
* After the gravy starts to boil, add water and cook the chicken without the lid
* Bring it to desired consistency and switch off the heat.
* Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.

Why oh why?

Browsing the internet these days I have come across incidents where I see people using profanities, for simple things.

Following is an example:

This is a conversation in Youtube, in form of comments in response to a video.

F: ur video is s**t doesnt even have any proper video in it at all. This is more of a slide show with s**t music

L: Its the best i can do when ur sister is s***ing my d**k at the same time. tell her not to go deep throat

F: WOW no wonder u only have 1 friend despite joining in 2007.

anyways just for ur information i dont have a sister so make sure that woman wasnt ur mum.

L: HAHAHA U F*****G LOWLIFE. Your on youtube becos u wanna make friends. U got no friends in reality. DONT worry u got me ur only friend. And by trhe way u do have a sister. Ask your mum woot happened in 1999 and 2005. I f****d her in 2005 and my mate f****d her 1989, she gave the baby girl away (i.e ur sister).

I have edited the real offensive words from the conversation. The actual conversation is in full display here. I have several questions:

1) Why do they have to use this language here on a public forum that is accessible to all age group?

2) Why can't these websites (and Youtube is just one of the many) exercise some amount of control on the language used?

3) Whatever happened to the people who thought it to be beneath their dignity to speak loudly in company, forget about using obscene offensive language?

4) I appeal to the management of all the public forums, please, generations are following you, can you please be a little more responsible? So I decided to pay a tribute to the 10 worst movies I have ever seen. Please keep in mind that its MY list. The views, ideologies, the thoughts, the motivation, the inspiration and whatever else you can think of ,with the sole exception of the movies themselves, are entirely mine.

That said, lets now get on with the list.

10) No Smoking. (2007)
Director: Anurag Basu
Starring: John Abraham, Ayesha Takia, Paresh Rawal, Ranvir Shorey, Bipasha Basu.
Why, oh why was this movie ever made? The message was good, I am no great supporter of the cancer stick, but why did the message have to be so warped that no one could understand?

9) Yadein. (2001)
Director: Subhash Ghai
Starring: Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Rati Agnihotri
Hmmmm... This was a movie that gave me a splitting headcahe. Oh, come on. Was I wrong to have expected more from Subhash Ghai? This movie was as bad as it gets.

8) Darling. (2007)
Director: Ramgopal Verma
Starring: Fardeen Khan, Isha Koppikar, Esha Deol
An absolute dud. Senseless storyline with the actors who did their job less than halfheartedly. Especially Fardeen Khan, the chair he sits on, had more expression than him. And when Esha Deol gets under the table to hit his knees... I had had it.

7) Daud. (1997)
Director: Ram Gopal Verma
Starring: Sanjay Dutt, Urmila Matondkar, Paresh Rawal
This movie was so bad, that some people I know had renamed it as 'Dutt And Urmila Disaster'. And disaster it was, absolute rubbish.

6) Naina. (2005)
Director: Shripal Morakhia
Starring: Urmila Matondkar
Ok, I am probably being a little harsh on the movie. Urmila does a great job. I absolutely loved the first half of the movie, which closely resembles an all time favorite of mine The Sixth Sense. That said, its the 2nd half that makes this film feature in this list. Yet another good movie, spoiled trying to appeal Indian audience.

5) Lucky (2005)
Directors: Vinay Sapru & Radhika Rao
Starring: Salman Khan, Sneha Ullal, Mithun Chakraborty
Nice locales+ Nice music+ Nice shots+ Nice dresses+ Mindless story+ Lifeless acting+ Aspirin less audience = splitting headache

4) Khel (2003 )
Director: Yusuf Khan
Starring: Sunil Shetty, Sunny Deol, Ajay Jadeja, Celina Jaitley
The only likable thing in the movie was Celina Jaitley's name- Saanjh. Other than that... the lesser said the better.

AND NOW THE TOP 3:

3) Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon (2003)
Director: Sooraj R Barjatya
Starring: Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor
Irritating. To expend any more words behind this movie is a waste of time and resources.

2) Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani (2002)
Director: Rajkumar Kohli
Starring: Sunny Deol, Manisha Koirala, Akshay Kumar, Arman Kohli, Sunil Shetty, Sonu Nigam and a whole bunch of other people
This was probably the worst film ever made in the history of Bollywood. Shoddy direction. Absolute crappy special effects. the story seems to have been written by someone who was drunk and was asked to copy lines, so he copied whatever line caught his fancy in his drunken stupor, no matter whether it made sense or not. Till I saw the following movie, this movie was the reigning worst in my charts.

1) Saawariya (2007)
Director: Sanjay Leela Bhansali
Starring: Ranbeer Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee
Picture this, Sonam Kapoor's grandmother doesn't want her going out of the house, and she has weak eyesight. So the old lady comes up with a novel idea to keep the grand daughter in check, she uses safety pins. That alone is enough to get this movie here. But thats not all. Sonam Kapoor goes out in the nights, when its not raining, with an umbrella (for reasons known only to Bhansali sir). Oh this movie was sooooo bad. And I was all the more disappointed with it because it was after the brilliant Black.

The movies that didn't make it to the list:
RGV ki Aag (since I had the sense not to watch it), Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (Priety Zinta is the reason why its not in this list. I loved her), Tashan (It's #11), Suryavanshi (I reckoned nobody would remember this movie).

Keep an eye on this column for more lists.
